Excellent. Very sharp. value for money. Took me a while to remember to NOT leave in sink in washing up. I cut my fingers twice with doing what I did with my old blunt knives. Big mistake. These are super sharp. Surgically sharp. They have not lost thier edge after daily use. But I expect they will over time and I will sharpen them myself. These are Sheffield blades. best in the world. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We purchased this to use on Christmas Day as our existing knife was getting very ineffective at carving. First thing is it's sharp. Very sharp. Not to be left lurking in the washing up bowl like a Russian submarine stalking a British warship. It's also very good at carving and not ridiculously priced, so five stars from me.

The knife is perfect for slicing raw meat. Cant fault it for the price. My issue is with Amazon delivery. The driver refused to hand it over until I showed picture id as proof of age. I had to go search for some whilst he waited. I am 54, if he can't tell I'm over 18 he's in the wrong job.

Got stopped, searched and arrested before I got to test it out. Looked good though, the boys were impressed.

Great for meats. Off the shelf it comes sooooo sharp, I decided to store it in the bag it comes on to avoid cutting my self again. I dont think it can hold its sharpness for long though, since I use it sparingly (maybe three times in a month) and 4 months later it's started struggling with nerves and tendons.

Strong knifes very sharp and comfy to use. Better than kitchen devil knifes will definitely get more when rest of knives break. Really good price too.
