I read in one of the reviews that the color did not come off even after food, sleep etc. So I had to do just that to be sure of it :) I did a lot of research to look for a long lasting color that did not burn a hole in my pocket. The packaging I must say was the most horrible ever from amazon. I ordered 3 other items and the things almost fell out of the box which wasnt even taped well. Anyways glad I got them all. The color is lovely. It is a shade of brown with a very light tinge of red. You MUST apply the color and then the balm on the other end of the stick which is more like a sealant. I never knew liquid lipsticks could actually stay on . and you bet it stayed. I had this applied right after freshening up in the morning and it survived breakfast, ( a bowl of cereal), lunch (chow mein, YEA!) and even lots of water. I am not a coffee person but am sure it can handle that too. So it did get a little dry after a while and I just had to use my never failing vaseline. By the end of the day it did lighten up a bit but it tastes great too and it probably is cos I licked it a lot :) . Love the color and the product. Although may not buy any other color except this.

I'm not a big lipstick fan as I find it rather annoying that they always come off hence I thought I'll give this one a try. Colour is nice and intense but it goes on weirdly around the inside of my lips (can see if you zoom on my pic), it looks quite uneven whatever i do, not very creamy. I waited to dry then put the fixing layer on but it makes my lip feel very dry and flakey after a few minutes. It does stay on longer than normal ones for sure but it feels very weird for me. Just not for me but I was very hopeful :(

does what it says - lasts all day and does not dry your lips, highly recommend save $$ over the more expensive brands - trust I used those and some actually dried my lips... highly recommend Rimmel - only drawback they have a limitd color palette

Ce rouge à lèvres se présente en 2 parties : * La couleur : La texture, onctueuse, et glisse agréablement sur les lèvres. Son application est homogène. * Le baume : De couleur transparente, ce baume fait office de double emploi. Il fixe et fait briller la couleur. Véritablement sans transfert de couleur ! Seul le baume se dépose sur les surfaces mises en contact avec les lèvres. J'ai pris la couleur "200 - I'll Call You". C'est un très joli rose, franc sans être pétant ! Quant à la tenue, je l'enlève avant les 16h mais elle tient très très longtemps. Conquise !

I've been using this lipstick since it came out to the market. I love the colour, which really suit my skin colour. Most importantly, this is a good value for money lippy. It stays on all day even after eating, and, depending on what I eat, it will last till next morning before I shower. It is matte when used without the gloss coating. Otherwise, it looks moist without being glossy. The clear coating really goes quickly, so I barely use it on weekdays. This lasts me for a long time as once light coat does the job.
