I purchased these on sale for under $30 each and they performed flawlessly. My previous CTRONICS cameras cost around $150 each and these provide a better picture quality, have dual cameras, were very simple to add to my system. After a year I have yet to get a response to technical questions before the 72 hour mark. There is no phone number there is no live customer service 24 hours a day you have to send an email and wait for a response. Device does not have strong signal connecting. Often drops camera itself is great customer service the application you have to use for it the Wi-Fi connectivity unless you're standing right beside it even then sometimes it's still drops I would suggest you look for different camera this one will only give you a headache and make you want a real camera because of the good picture it has excellent quality and picture and tracking is what good as well.
