This is so great for adding soy sauce taste without adding extra liquid, like for sautéing mushrooms or adding that extra depth of flavor to your dishes without overdoing it. This is the first time I have ever used Soy Sauce Powder but will not be the last. I'm definitely a convert!

Looks like soy sauce tastes kind like soy sauce. At 75 mg of sodium maybe I’ll be able to cook some Chinese food at home on my low sodium Diet.

Instant ramen soup: boil some ramen noodles, add soy sauce powder , add some sliced mushrooms, sliced hard boiled egg and green onions , I add a touch of vinegar ,and you’ve got supper.
