Used these to create a memory board for my son's graduation. Glued the pictures to it and used a gloss over it so he could keep the photos forever. Turned out great. They do scratch and mark up easily but the scratch marks and strays were covered by the photos. Just be careful not to get them scratched.

Better than most foam boards.

This black foam cuts beautifully with a 10 watt sculpfun LED laser! No "cupping" of the foam! Straight cuts right through the board and cuts very fast. Great for mockup work, crafts and such. Lightweight for model airplanes. Comes in a sturdy cardboard box. No damage - all sheets are perfect. Surface is not paper but a Lightweight polyester film.

i use this item as a backing for metal work, the work looks great on them.

Wasn't what I was expecting. It feels very brittle & marks easily. I wanted to mount disney pins to this. But once you push a pin in, it doesn't hold. You just have a hole that you made. I wanted something with a more rubbery feel I guess. Doest feel right to give a poor rating because it wasn't what I wanted. Not sure if I can return it. Hoping my daughter can use it for a school project.

cuts beautifly with a sharp xacto blade great for foam board projects

I put these foam boards out for my preschoolers to use however they wish and they have really enjoyed having an art supply that is different than the norm, but still somewhat familiar as a canvas. The size is great, and I've been able to cut them down to smaller sizes as well. This is definitely a product that I'll purchase again.

I was expecting the type of foam board that you would use for science project displays, with posterboard on either side, but this is so finely finished that it will do perfectly for my projects. Size of each one is ample for most things - I like it.
