really great, it doesn't taste like much, so you can add it on everything. my doctor recommended it to me to keep regular, so lets see if it works! its very fine which makes it extremely easy to eat. You can add it on yogurt, pita, salads, eggs, anything!

I purchased these to add to my smoothies. The blend well, and can hardly notice they are in there. It's a good combination of nutrition. They appear fresh. The bag is easy to work with, Price is reasonable.I'll probably replace these when gone with the same.

I mixed it with the purple bag they have and then I mix them both up in my coffee every morning. They give me the vitamins I need for the day and keeps me regular.

This is so easy to use in just about anything and I love it! I mainly use it in smoothies but it is also nice on salads to add a little crunch, great in sauces, and breads. I am so glad to have found chia seed mix that l can enjoy every day! I add this to my daily morning drink and it more than meets my daily fiber intake needs. There are so many benefits to drinking this every day. I feel better when l drink it and my guess is because it keeps me regular. I also add this to my almond flower pancake mix. It has a very mild, nutty taste and as long as you let it sit in the drink for a while, the chia seeds soften. Some people may not like that the seeds add a pulpy, chewiness but l suppose you could mix it in a food processor to make it a fine powder.
