I am building an infeed extension, to use with my Incra miter gauge. Will this track, dado'ed into a flat surface, work for that purpose?

No. The Powertec 71118 Double-Cut T-Track is universal and will accept ¼” hex head bolts, ¼” T Bolts, and 5/16” T-Bolts. The opening in the widest part of the t track is only 9/16”. The Incra miter gauge is a standard 3/8” x3/4” and is too big to fit inside the t track opening. The Powertec 71167, Aluminum Miter T-Track, Is designed to fit standard 3/8”x ¾” miter bars and should work with your application.

What size screws will I need if I am attaching this t track to 3/4 plywood?

3/8" should be fine. Because of the thickness of the track, even with the countersink, you could also use 1/2". Buy good quality screws.

Will these T tracks work with Kreg bench clamps?

They should work, as long as the T-Track is recessed into and firmly attached to the bench or table. This T-Track is not as beefy as the Kreg Universal Clamp Track or the Kreg Clamp Plate. The Kreg Universal Clamp Track utilizes a similar T-Track set up to connect the Bench Clamps, it is just set into a much wider piece of aluminum. Also, the Kreg Universal Clamp Track can be flush or recess mounted, whereas the T-Track should be recess mounted.
