great shower
Remodeled my shower and bought this and It is fantastic.Love the temp control, and lights.

Defective item
I received the shower panel it looks wonderful however the water will not flow through the unit. Also one of the push button switches was broken and one just doesn’t work. I just wanted to get a replacement but this company does not offer that. Had to reorder another unit. Needless to say I selected a different brand.

Water Pressure in the handle and in general.
The hand held sprayer has HORRIBLE Pressure!!! Looks great and all the other sprayers have good pressure.

Meh.
A bit of false advertising. Water pressure is low, and you cannot run multiple settings at once. Works OK. LED lights slowly stopped working 1 month in.

Easy to read instructions. Looks great though and well packaged. I’m in the middle of remodeling so I haven’t installed yet

Don’t do it…… it’s poor quality
Horrible the top does not have a cover leaving wires exposed and ability for water to fall inside the panel from the top. Poorly made and cheap manufactured.

Looks good our if the box. Had to re-solder 1 wire back on to battery box for panel to work. Purchased at beginning of a major bathroom renovation so by the time we started using it the 30 day return period was up and we found the on/off temperature control does not work properly. It starts to water hammer and pulsating the jets (and other piping thru the house. There does not seem to be any link to replacement parts for this unit. May need to order a different unit if I can't repair or replace the temperature control valve.
