I love these little pouches for hydration! They are great for on home to put in your purse or to even travel because they’re not liquid. The ginger taste is not too strong or spicy and this little packet has so many good things for you from Ginger to turmeric to zinc and all the B vitamins. But the best part is that it is made from dehydrated coconut so it is extra good for you an extra hydrating like you are getting an IV for real. I would definitely recommend these just as a wellness shot for every day. It also helps me drink my fluids and once I’m hydrated, I feel less hungry and eat less so that’s a bonus, so definitely try these out.

Guys you definitely need this. If you guys don’t like liquid IV then I would definitely try this!!!! Super yummy, I gave it a 4star because when you are opening and pouring the powder it is super strong and no matter what you do, it will go in your nose and it will make you cough and sneeze it is super strong. Other then that love this!!!
