SKLZ Trainer Exercise Mat Review
The SKLZ Trainer Exercise Mat is great, since using it I am able to warm up and warm down effectively, and reduce the risk of pulling any muscles. Its really handy that all the routines are designed on the mat, which means you can concentrate on training, instead of fidling with paper or looking up on a wall, to see if you are doing the routines correctly or not.
