**Q: is it possible to adjust the height of the footrests to lower so leg not as flexed when sitting?**
A: Yes indeed you can. Loosen the bolt located at the foot end of the metal leg, ease down the inner tube to the length you require and retighten the bolt.  Just make sure it is not too long or you may put too much pressure on the back of your knees or pull on your lower spine

**Q: Hello, does anyone know where I can get spares for this? I need a new screw/washer for one side of the collapsable handles bracket**
A: I had the same problem and contacted the supplier. They could only provide a new folding back of the chair. I found a machine screw (size M4 I think, from memory) plus washer and a nylon locknut did the trick. Should be obtainable from DIY outlets such as Screwfix.
