This is my second CallToU pager system, and that should tell you everything about how well it works. My mother suffered multiple strokes and is paralyzed, so having reliable communication is absolutely critical for us. The 500+ foot range means I can be anywhere in the house or even outside doing yard work and still hear when she needs help. The volume is loud enough that I never miss a call, and the 55 different ringtones help me distinguish it from other household sounds. What really sold me on buying a second unit was being able to put another receiver in a different room - now I have coverage upstairs and downstairs. The waterproof design has been a lifesaver too, as accidents happen and I don’t have to worry about the button getting wet. Setup was incredibly simple, and the fact that it just works every single time gives me the confidence to step away knowing Mom can reach me instantly. If you are a caregiver living with someone who is capable of calling for help then this is an amazing tool. I'm definitely going to be using this long-term. My house is configured in a way that it's hard to hear people from other rooms and since the Alexa wasn't always working this call Bell is absolutely great. Works from quite a distance and it definitely wakes me up to help me help my dad. I can't speak to the battery life, but the connectivity and range are really great and you actually have a choice of ringtones which is kind of funny that I chose just the doorbell sound and it doesn't ring on and on forever it just rings three times and then if they press it again, it rings again so it's not obnoxious

Perfect solution for live-in caregivers. How it helped in my situation: I wear hearing aids but not to sleep. I was worried that my elderly father would fall during the night and I would not hear him. This works out so well he wears it day and night. The receiver is by my bed, so no problem hearing it ever. During the day, I can hear it throughout the house with ease. Of course, he does use it for non-emergency service sometimes when he needs something, which is fine as long as you set boundaries beforehand. The only downside is that if the electricity goes out, it rings when the power comes back on. I would rather answer a false alarm once in awhile than miss something important, though. All-in-all, a great product that is easy to use, works like it should, and easy on the wallet.

Great product and works well. Sound even at lowest level is louder then I wanted, but covering the speaker with some scotch tape did the trick. I would recommend to anyone who needs a product alert system.

This call button system is perfect. The sound is heard clearly throughout the house. The call button can be worn or tied around an item and keep nearby. Very easy setup.

IT WORKS! MY MOM RINGS IT EVERY FEW MINUTES! 🤣 WISH ONE CALL BUTTON COULD HAVE SEVERAL RINGS SIGNALING DIFFERENT NEEDS. BUT IT'S A GREAT GADGET!

My elderly father had surgery and my mom is his care taker. She wears hearing aids and when she takes them out at night she can’t hear anything. They are in separate bedrooms. We bought this with hopes that he could push the button and she might be able to hear it. We put the box on her nightstand and she can hear it in a deep sleep without hearing aids! It was really easy to set up and had a huge variety of sounds to choose from for the alarm. Best $20 spent! I don’t usually do reviews but I felt I had to! It’s hard being a caretaker so anything that can make it a little easier is important!

Perfect for those sitting with the elderly! My mom recently came home from the hospital after falling and breaking her hip, surgery, and rehab. I plugged the receiver into the bedroom where I sleep and mom has the call button in her room. No programming, Immediate connection, simple to change tunes and volume! So easy! And the receiver can be moved to any power outlet in the house. I’ve used this for over two weeks now with no issue. Great peace of mind. I highly recommend this unit.
