Many of these components could be used for both Pico or Arduino projects, so you'd want to know whether they need/can accept 3.3v (pico) or 5v (arduino) so that you can design your circuits accordingly. For example, the LEDs don't list any forward voltages, so you just have to assume they follow the typical values for LEDs of their color (you can find that info online) so you can pair them with an appropriate resistor in your circuit.
