These running energy gels are fantastic, so much nicer than the thicker gel alternatives which I personally don’t like. These are more like a juice and much easier to drink because of this. Only slight criticism is that the packets are quite tough to open if you try to do whilst still running

Great taste and easy to absorb! No GI upset! The Aqua Liquid is superb, especially if you missed a water aid station!

These are great. I’ve tried a few gels and they are quite gloopy and make me feel sick on runs. These are more watery and like a little drink. They taste fine, a bit like synthetic orange squash but refreshing. The packs are easy to open as you run along as well. I took three on a half marathon distance, i haven’t used gels before because they make me feel sick and I didn’t ever feel like i needed them but I needed to find something I can manage as I’m hoping to run further so will need to take something. They definitely gave me energy and felt like i could have run further!

Easy to take, decent carb count, and they taste OK. For longer races/runs I alternate with blander-tasting brands because six or seven of these over a marathon might get a bit much. Perfectly good product, though.

Great for longer rides. easy to use, not so easy to get it all out as the packaging is quite thick. Hydrates well and good at combating a dry throat. Can get sticky if you stick the empties in your pocket.
