Great choice when they're priced lower
My two dogs like these treats. They enjoy them, they don't love them, but then they're difficult, they're poodles, they're... French. My dogs are small and these are perfectly sized for them. The size of the treat is not uniform, there are long ones and thick ones and bits and pieces and dust, but as a crushed topping they're awesome. I actually keep small pliers near the treat jar so that I can break up the treats. One crush and they become brittle and easy to break up. They also make a fine intact treat... quite good. I'm the kind of person who looks at the price per ounce of foods and treats -- as well as the general ingredients. The price on this fluctuates wildly. When they're inexpensive, they're awesome, now that they're higher priced, I'm switching to something else. Many of the similar treats... with identical ingredients... are sold in very small bags for just half the price of these. That can amount to paying ten times more (per ounce) when buying the smaller bag. If you're the kind of person who buys cute little (thinking itty bitty little jars of Skippy peanut butter) overpriced containers of household items, I don't think you (or your animals) are the intended market for these treats. They're just not that refined. The more frugal, yet still quality-minded, shopper, however, when these are purchased toward their lower price range, will be very pleased -- Five star pleased, when adjusted for somewhat lower (I'd say "realistic") expectations. After opening, but being careful to reseal the bag, these treats will last for months, in my experience. Its great that there isn't any filler in the treats, like, really great, IMHO. There's a little bit of "gristle" and hard stuff... all seem to be genuine, related animal parts, in some treats. I regard that as essential roughage that is beneficial for dogs. The material is tendon or something, not hooves and hair. My advice is to buy a big bag when its on sale if you have a smaller dog. Divide the bag into a couple of batches to preserve freshness and put them back in the bag. The manufacturer might consider doing this for you.

PureBites Beef Liver Treats, My Dog’s Favorite with Great Variety
I purchased these PureBites Beef Liver Freeze-Dried Dog Treats for my golden retriever, and she absolutely loves them! I’ve used them for a month as training rewards and occasional snacks, and the single-ingredient, 100% USA-sourced beef liver is perfect for her sensitive tummy, causing no digestive issues. The multiple flavor options, like beef, chicken, and salmon, keep her excited, and I love mixing them up for variety during our walks and training sessions. Compared to other treats I’ve tried, PureBites are high in protein (5 calories per treat), crumble-free, and leave no residue on my hands, making them ideal for on-the-go use. As someone who loves vibrant, pet-friendly products (inspired by my passion for colorful and healthy pet solutions), these treats are a staple in our home. The recyclable packaging, not highlighted in the listing, is a thoughtful bonus for eco-conscious pet parents. I’d recommend PureBites to any dog owner seeking nutritious, single-source treats that picky pups adore!

Dogs love them.
These are the only treats that our dog really loves however she’s very small so we have to cut them up in little pieces but they were great for training great for picky dogs.

My Dog is addicted. 😀 She can't get enough of these.
Highly recommended! Your Dog will love these treats and love you for getting them. Friendly warning though..... you might want to get more than one of the small bags or just get the big bag. After your pup gets that first taste, they will want more. Much, much more. So it might be a good idea to have a large quantity on hand. Trust me, your pup will not be able to get enough. Every time I took my Chiweenie, (a Chihuahua and Dachshund mix, and Yes, that is what they are Really called), to the Vet, he would give her a treat as soon as he entered the room. And, every time, my dog, Butterfly, would scarf it down and then look for more. After a while I decided to ask him what they were and where I could get some. He told me they were beef liver treats that came in different brands and I could get them from various places. So I went online and looked for liver treats that were healthy as well as tasty. I found various brands with good ratings/reviews. I purchased small packets/bags of different flavors from each brand. (ie Chicken, Beef, Fish, etc.. even Lamb and Duck Liver). I let Butterfly try each one separately and this one was, by far, her favorite. So much so, that after trying these, she absolutely will not touch any of the other brands or flavors. She would just look at them and then give me a look as if to say, "Seriously? This Crap? You know better than that. Now give me the good stuff! Stupid Human!". It's like puppy crack. She can't get enough of them. She's turned into a little liver treat addict. Which makes them perfect for bribery, or "training", as others call it. 😉 Either way, the promise of a liver treat is all it takes to get her behave or calm down or do things she normally wouldn't want to do. I highly recommend these treats. Not only are they healthy, but your dog will Love them. And love you for getting them.

I bought the biggest bag 50% off. I thought it was a killer deal. But i quickly realized it wasn’t such a great deal when i received it. I was misled by the « 9 pounds of liver »printed in big letters on the top of the bag. I really thought i was getting 9 poungs of treats. However The real net weight for the biggest bag is a bit more than 2 pounds, that’s all. The price was barely discounted if i compare with the other brand i usually go with. So… yeah. I was underwhelmed.
