(No lightning/usbc port)** A: It wouldn’t, no. I had no luck using it with a USB-C to USB-A cable, not adapter. I tried several brands/kinds, but none worked. If I recall, TB 1 and 2 don’t offer power output, so you’re out of luck there as well.
