Commercial Solutions Hand Gel Sanitizer with Pump, 16.9 Fl Oz

Pre-pandemic our timing was perfect, we'd just bought a box of the 2oz individual spray bottles and one of these 16.9oz refill bottles. Later I discovered we already had one in the cupboard. No worries we go through these like clockwork. We often lose and break the 2oz bottles so get a new box when we're running low. Toward the end of the pandemic we were almost out and I filled one of the small bottles with another brand. My son could tell it was an imposter by smell alone and refused to use it! Clorox Hand Sanitizer is fantastic. Won't dry out your skin, no sticky residue, dries quickly but not too quickly, smells clean but not antiseptic or perfumie. Doesn't seem to cause eczema or aggravate allergies. Does not sting when applying like other hand sanitizers.

This hand sanitizer works well and protects against norovirus, which many sanitizer products don't.

So, I love this stuff, as any emitophobe would. Clorox's line of hand sanitizers kills Norovirus so that alone makes it a 5 star product for me. Everything else good about it is just a bonus. After learning that all these years the other types of hand sanitizers we were using did nothing for that evil bug out there, just knowing that this one does work, makes this a favorite. But for some reason I assumed this bottle was a hand wash. I think it's the spout that made me think that. It's not. It's a large bottle of hand sanitizing spray, and yes it actually does spray. It's not a stream of liquid or a gel. It has a wide fine mist to it and does an outstanding job of coating the hands. This is perfect for having in an office, for keeping in the cup holder of the car, etc. Now I also know what to order when Amazon is out of the little bottles that I buy for myself and also hand out to the family to keep in their purses, lunch bags, cars, etc. This is perfect for keeping in the car!

This is the best product. It doesn’t leave your hands feeling goopy or sticky. You can use it and when it dries, if you touch glass you won’t leave this big nasty finger print.

This is the sanitizer that I go to now. I wouldn’t call it gel, I would call it more of a liquid spritz.

I am so glad to find a hand sanitizer that is actually fragrance free. I'm using it in my classroom for all the students. I can't tolerate the the scents of many others, especially with a whole class using it! The scents can also set off asthma for some kids. The spray is nice because it seems they are having fewer issues with getting it all over the place. When I use it, I feel I need 2-3 sprays to get good coverage, but the kids, with their smaller hands don't seem to have that problem, and of course they can always spray more. I'd read about what a large bottle it is, and it is larger than most I've seen at stores, but I am sure I'll still go through several this year. As others have mentioned, you can use it to refill your old purse sized gel sanitizer bottles, but because this is truly a liquid, it's harder to use then. I've seen mini spray bottles of it available. I plan to buy a couple of those. Signed on to buy another bottle for the classroom.

I very much like this product! Contrary to what other people are reviewing, my expiration date was at the end of 2022. The size of bottle and consistency of this sanitizer makes it last for a long time. It is not a gel like other sanitizers it is more of a liquid. This makes it easier and quicker to rub all over my hands with the added plus of no perfume smell. It smells clean like alcohol. I will definitely be buying this again! I have other sanitizers I bought the pass that I’ll be donating because they smell too much like perfume and make me nauseous. But this sanitizer is perfect for my needs and my family’s. Highly recommended.

I could not find rubbing alcohol (to make my own hand sanitizer) anywhere, so when this became available on Amazon, I quickly ordered one. Delivery was longer than usual because of our current fight against coronavirus COVID-19, but worth the wait—not that I had a choice. Came nicely packaged in plastic, no leakage whatsoever. Bottle has a safety seal under the cap. Pump is in plastic, too. Easy to assemble. It comes out as a mist. I noticed I needed to rub my hands quickly before it dried. No stickiness, no smell afterwards. Directions state there is no need to rinse off, which makes sense. Antimicrobial: This product is described as “Formulated with 71% ethyl alcohol and bleach-free” and “Provides broad spectrum antimicrobial activity.” I looked up antimicrobial to see if it helps prevent viruses. Here’s what I found: “The primary difference between antibacterial and antimicrobial substances is the types of microorganism they act upon. While antibacterial products prevent the development of bacteria, antimicrobial agents such as alcohol-based hand sanitizers prevent the spread of bacteria, fungi, and some viruses.”
