I ordered the thickest one, it’s nice touch and soft, but I’d rather have picked not so thick one, as it’s not possible to sleep on my back on it. Just on the side

I'd been without a memory foam pillow for a few months and have been using standard syle cotton pillows, which unfortunately have given me a very stiff neck.. I had forgotten just how lovely and comfortable these pillows actually are! From the second my head hit my new pillow I was in love with it.. It's like resting your head on a cloud.. After only one night using it my neck is already feeling a lot better, it really supports the weight of your head and because of that you sleep with your neck bones aligned with your spine, eliminating any unnecessary bending while you sleep.. The packaging is very classy and would be great to give to someone as a gift.. The pillow itself is tightly rolled up inside a plastic bag and when you pull it out it rises like it's taking in a very deep breath.. Some might argue that £38 is a lot of money to pay out on a pillow, but when you consider that you spend a third of your life resting on it I would say that it's a worthwhile investment and once you've spent a few nights sleeping on it you'll be kicking yourself for not getting one sooner... As you can probably tell, I'm over-the-moon with mine! 5 stars all the way!

Nice product if you're looking for a very soft foam. The pillow case is lovely, very well made. The case underneath can not be removed. Once unpacked looks the right size quick enough. It's smell to me it's not so bad, so I would say you would need to way one day, not much, to be able to use it. I personally had other foam pillows and I like them because they are thicker and harder than normal ones. This one is not the case. So if you're looking for a thin pillow, a soft foam, this is the right pillow for you. The foam it's not very hard, for me it's too soft, the pillow becomes thin when you lay on it. I see many people complaining about foam pillows because they are hard, to me, that's the purpose, to support the neck. This pillow doesn't support that much. Maybe you're a woman and like soft and thinner pillows. Maybe this will suit you. It didn't fit me. I had to return mine. But it's not a bad quality product. Quality is good depending on what you're looking for.

So I’m actually writing this..... can’t believe it, but here it is...... this pillow may have just changed my life! I suffer from arthritis. Not to bad, but my neck really gives me problems. And when I get out of bed, you’d think I was 80, not just short of 50. Working as an A&E doc, I have a crazy shift pattern, so that has totally messed up my sleep pattern. Add to that the neck pain,and sleep has become a big issue for me. But it looks like it’s all now fixed! I used the pillow for the first time today, having worked a gruelling night shift. No pain, no trying to find a comfortable position. Straight off to sleep! And I when I woke up, no creaking and slow movements. I almost leapt out of bed (ok, it’s good, but the arthritis is still there and even a great pillow ain’t curing that! - my leaping days are over). My head sinks into pillow, leaving my neck supported. It is quite soft, but I think it needs to be, to enable that kind of moulding. Previous memory foam pillows have had no give, so they didn’t work for me. I also have a very thin feather pillow under it, to get the exact height I need. It’s got a bit of a chemical smell, but that will fade. All in all, an excellent purchase!

My third pillow from them. First two I bought over last couple of years and they worked great for my neck. This one is as flat as can be, very little support from the memory foam. Tried for a good while and unfortunately it did not deliver. Too bad I missed the return window or I definitely wouldn’t keep it as it is nowhere near the comfort or quality of the previous two.

I bought this pillow 13cm thick in December 2023 as I have a cervical spine neck problem diagnosed some years ago. I have tried many other support pillows over the years including memory foam pillows but this is far superior to all the others. When I wake up in the morning I have no neck and shoulder pain and it lasts all day. Its so good I am ordering another two one for me and one for my wife hopefully to ease her neck pain. It come in three thickness sizes so it depends on what thickness suits your personal comfort. The rebound is very fast so you are never unsupported. The length of the pillow is slightly smaller than some others I have tried but this makes it lighter to handle. Highly recommended for relief of neck and shoulder pain would not be without one.
