It APPEARS that there aren't enough beads in the product. If you follow the directions, the beads start to swell up, you adjust them and let them continue to soak up the water. I ended up with a perfectly round squishy , neck wrap that's wet It feels awesome around the neck. It is a COOLING neck wrap, not a product that will go down to 69 degrees. Once it doesn't feel cool I just rotate it and it feels cool again. After about 90 minutes I open a bottle of water and resoak it so it feels cooler. I could probably go two hours before I feel the need to resoak it. I was out in 90-100 degree temps on a parking lot for 8 hours.
