When reading the reviews it seems that some people did receive a warmer, others did not. Some state no warmer was included, and none was mentioned as being included. I can't help but think that not all of us are getting the same item. If you read the question section it states that no warmer is included. Just makes me question this whole listing.In this package I received the following: 1 wax warmer, 2 wax roll ons (one was in the box, the other was already in the warmer. I also received a package of wax strips and a small bottle with sprayer of "after wax treatment spray", and lastly a cover to put on the opened wax container when finished for the day.I found it took a little over 30 minutes for the wax to be fully liquid. It is easy to see when the wax is ready to use. I found it was pretty easy to apply. Run the wax over the area of skin that you want to remove the hair. Apply the wax strip and then pull it off. It's pretty simple to do.I did not find the wax to be overly scented. The waxing procedure left my skin feeling nice and soft.I think this is a nice kit for someone beginning to wax, but I don't know if I can actually recommend buying this one because everyone seems to be getting something different. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely horrible. It completely jammed within the 2nd application and would not work. I even kept it in the heater and it still did not work. It was extremely painful just to apply which is not normal for waxing products. It created a huge mess which was almost impossible to clean up fully. It was a complete waste of money.
