Received the green 36 Led , one of the Led is constantly on. Is that normal?

It's DC 5V, and you can certainly charge it in Europe or anywhere else. Please note that the included charging cable is USB type C to C, and we do not include a charger. Thank you!

How many battery chargers are included with the set of four 360 discs?

Hi, we include 01 charging cable (USB-C to C type) with every disc, so a set of 4 discs will have 4 charging cables. However, no charger is included because our experience shows that the majority of our customers already have a charger at home that they can use. So, adding a charger would mean adding an unnecessary cost to the product price and more waste to the environment. Thank you so much!
