I knew I needed to drink more water for my new health journey, but I wasn't a big water drinker. I got the bottle to help me do better, then....I found this product that changed it all for me. I started eating clean and adding 1-2 of these a day and WOW. What a change it has made for me. I stay hydrated, I get almost a gal water in a day. The flavors mix well with my water. The fruity tastes are amazing. It feels like I'm having a fruity flavor from sonic. I love these and I always have them on hand. I do feel more energy as well. The bottom line...if you struggle to get water or liquids in, this is the answer.

It has a very bitter after taste. Definitely not my favorite flavor they've made.

I’ve tried several different electrolytes throughout the years being in the military and heavy into fitness as you need something to replenish the body after. This one is, hands down, my favorite! It’s not super salty like liquid IV and I can drink it during my fast without kicking me out of ketosis. The flavors are Amazing so you’ll never get bored with just one. I bought the watermelon candy because it’s the first I saw Tiffany have and the flavor was so good. It mixed well, wasn’t chalky. Not too sweet. I had saw people say it doesn’t dissolve which is the case for most powders, mix em in a little Luke warm water and viola. I just use a frother mixes perfect than add to ice. Definitely didn’t disappoint. I’m excited to take these when I leave this summer for training in a rather than extreme temperature. Hydration is key and I like to get something other than plain water. Tiffany’s electrolytes do not make me shaky and I can’t wait to try some other flavors..so many to choose from…highly recommended! I’ve tried watermelon candy, candy apple, strawberry lemonade, blue raspberry and tangerine..next up pineapple

My favorite brand of electrolytes/ this flavor is OK. Not my favorite, but not bad. I prefer this flavor with a splash of cream

The taste is good but it doesn’t take anything like strawberry lemonade in my opinion. It tastes much more like bubblegum.

I loved the watermelon candy flavor so decided to try this one. It’s ok - quenches thirst but the flavor is too weak - I have to add extra powder to boost the flavor.

I have finally found electrolytes that don't make me sick and taste so good! Plus I like how my container was filled to the top with electrolytes. I will for sure be purchasing again.

As many do, I follow Tiffani M (the mustard lady). I love her veggie plates and finally decided to try her infamous electrolytes. At first I was shocked at the tiny little scoop that's in the jar, thinking NO way will this flavor 10-16 oz of water. I was wrong! It actually did. Problem is, it isn't sweet in the sense of other electrolytes Ive tried. Best way to describe it is thick tasting, flavored Alka seltzer. Not fizzy, just the flavor. Definitely better on ice but just not my thing. I want my drinks to be enjoyable, not like I'm drinking vitamins and metals. Sadly, won't purchase this brand again.
