Product description Inspired by the craftsmanship in making GP-100, Valeton strives for a higher goal and presents GP-200, the new-gen HD modeling multi-effects processor, declaring an unprecedented upgrade in order to bring you a better sonic experience. 1. LCD Display: 4.3” colour LCD. 2. PARA Knob (with enter button): Turn to select menus and adjust parameters. 3. MASTER Knob: Turn to control main output volume. 4. BACK Button: Press to return to the previous. 5. GLOBAL Button: Press to enter the Global Setting menu. 6. DRUM Button: Press to play the drum. Hold to enter the Drum Machine Edit menu. 7. SAVE Button: Use SAVE button to store, rename, or copy the patch. 8. AMP Knobs: Control the AMP module in real time just like a real amp. 9. Module Buttons: Press to enter the Edit Settings menu of module. Press and hold for module on/off. 10. I bought it because it has a NAM slot for fx pedals, a NAM slot for amps, and of course the standard IR loader. All work fine with NAMs and IRs from TONE3000 and the built in amps and fx are no joke either. If you have used a multieffects/ampsim before, it's very easy to use and program. Nothing special to report on that. Sounds great in recording (yes it does to dry out to the DAW) and great with a PA system. Although, you may have to lower the highs a little. It can sizzle a bit with some house systems, depending on the speakers used. But that seems to have been my experience with most sims. Before you buy a Stadium or QC, I would recommend you check this out first. It just might meet your needs before you lay down all that cash. I don't regret buying mine.

I love this pedal and run it side by side with a Quad Cortex. Given the difference in price, I'd say it's a pretty good bargain. I bought it because it has a NAM slot for fx pedals, a NAM slot for amps, and of course the standard IR loader. All work fine with NAMs and IRs from TONE3000 and the built in amps and fx are no joke either. If you have used a multieffects/ampsim before, it's very easy to use and program. Nothing special to report on that. Sounds great in recording (yes it does to dry out to the DAW) and great with a PA system. Although, you may have to lower the highs a little. It can sizzle a bit with some house systems, depending on the speakers used. But that seems to have been my experience with most sims. Before you buy a Stadium or QC, I would recommend you check this out first. It just might meet your needs before you lay down all that cash. I don't regret buying mine.

Sold my Kemper and Axe fx couple years ago, started to get back into the modeler space but didn't want to spend 2-3 grand.. Figured i would try this since they added NAM capture support. Absolutely blown away and impressed beyond measure. Signal chain Guitar to pedal board to GP200. Outs are Balanced L/R strait to pair of Kali IN-8's. Using Ownhammer and Enzo Townshed Vintage 30 IRs. everything sounds great.
