Very comfortable in the hand. I like the thickness and seems durable enough. Great price too. I love using these for tricep extensions and I always feel bad for hogging two of the smaller ropes at the gym. Now I just bring this and I don't have to worry about it.

OK, admittedly, I have not used this unit a ton of times. So, in terms of lasting quality, I cannot comment. However, the first impression is very good. I ordered this to do face pulls without fussing around with 2 shorter units. The overall length of this rope is good for me and I'm about 5'11" tall. Seems to be made of sturdy materials and the metal connector also seems to be good. Again, I bought this for face pulls, so not gonna be loading with 150lbs, lol.

Appears to be very solid materials and construction. I've been using it about a month, and it meets all expectations. The dudes at the gym ask to borrow it, and I tell them to get their own. It remains to be seen how durable it will be, how long it will last, but I feel confident it will be many years.

I got this so I could do cable face pulls without having to use up 2 normal length ropes at the gym. I've only used it a couple times so far, so I can't comment on how well it holds up, but it feels sturdy!

Per my husband, it is the best investment. He doesn’t have to go looking for one or waste time waiting for one when he goes to the gym.

This is awesome. I have two 1 foot single ropes. This ropes is great for Face pulls, lat pulls and triceps fill extensions when you don't have access to a double pulls or twin hooks for a band set up. It is long enough to pull full extension and touch your hands together behind your back. No more excuses for partial extensions. Isolate and full range of motion. No excuses - "Do You Even Lift Bro?" 😁

This double length allows for proper technique and a full extension of the muscle. It is much more comfortable when using this for an overhead tricep extension, instead of 2 standard length ropes.
