I love this machine, I think it’s a wonderful alternative to the other story machines and I love that this one actually shows it like a book to your little ones. My son loves picking out different characters and stories to put in, and he loves to listen to it in the bath, you can project it right onto the wall and it makes for such a fun experience and calm transition for nighttime too! It’s also so small and easy to put literally anywhere.

The kids love it and set it up all the time. Great to give them story time when Mom and Dad are busy doing other things(like making dinner). Has a great variety of books including most of my daughter's favorite Little Golden Books. Runs for a long time without need for battery changes. Absolutely loved and adored by the kids.

I highly recommend this. The sound quality is great for what you’re paying, and what you’re getting. Entertainment value is priceless. This thing is SO NEAT! I’m amazed by it. It’s perfectly sized, so it doesn’t take up too much room, and there are plenty of areas for it to fit storage wise. The quality is 10/10. I’m so happy with this purchase. We can’t wait to order more books for it! It makes for great family time and has added more reading to our household (which was much needed tbh.) also, I looove the fact that you don’t have to plug this thing in. No cords = best thing ever. Fun fact- this thing is a gem with or without books! It also doubles as a night light, and a sound machine! I’ll upload a video to show you. I was only able to video 4/5 of the sleep sounds it makes do to my 3 year old having a tantrum, but you’ll get the idea of the 5 sounds. The last sound that isn’t in the video is basically a white noise! The sound quality for the sleep sounds is right on par with my actual sleep sound machine that I use on a nightly basis, in my opinion. There are no downsides to this product-apart from the sound it makes when “turning the pages,” but that’s not a big deal in our household—and noise is normally a huge thing for us because everyone has such sensitive hearing (autism spectrum / neurodivergent household). So I wouldn’t even consider that a downside. Don’t hesitate. Trust me. You will not regret buying this. —— But if for some unimaginable reason you do regret it…there’s always the return policy, so you’re safe either way. :P (Jk…kinda). For real though, it’s an awesome product and I’m so thankful we found one for our little dudes to enjoy with us. •I had to make video and stitch multiple vids together for this review since it will only let us post one video per review. I love that it’s screen-free and helps limit tablet time while still holding their attention. The sound quality is clear, and the visuals project nicely in a darkened room. This starter set is perfect for bedtime or quiet time, making reading fun and interactive. It’s a very thoughtful gift.

This was my nearly 3 year old’s big present this year, and it was a hit! Pros: Cute design, engaging without being overstimulating, cheaper than a Tonibox, portable, and the projector feature makes it stand out from other story machines. Lots of book cartridge sets from popular franchises. Cons: Figures serve no purpose as far as I can tell, beyond decoration. Would be nice if they did something. Limited use, due to only being able to hold short, simple stories. Even the little golden books are abridged to fit. I’d say the sweet spot for this is age 3, and the appeal is going to be limited to 2-4. Once my child outgrows it, I’ll get a Yoto mini for real audiobooks. Difficult to use independently for intended demographic. The button to eject a book cartridge is impossible for most young children to operate independently. It is very stiff. So my child ends up playing the same book over and over. Also, the slots on the machine to home books not in use fits so tightly, I sometimes struggle to get them back out myself.

So cute and fun for the kiddos. The additional books are always on sale so grab some for the kids

If you are contemplating 🤔 buying this, don't! Just buy it! You won't regret it! My little guy loves it so much! And the quality is top notch! We buy the stories from all over the place, including many from Amazon, especially when they go on sale! You can also buy the bag, that holds the machine and the story books together! I am so happy I bought this toy/story time player! This was also the best price, and I've been looking at buying it for months! Thanks Amazon!
