I love amar Chitra katha. If western world has marvel and Dc we indians have amar Chitra katha. As for this series, I am loving it. Good art. Good story. Some text is even in Sanskrit with translation. Definitely buy it if you like Ramayana. Good seller too. Came in perfect condition. Will buy Mahabharata next

I have read and watched different versions of Ramayana since I was 12 years old. What I love about this one is that it is an excellent version of all of those that I have read. What don't like about it is that it doesn't include the 7 book about Luv Kush that I would have very much liked if it was included but even then I love these books and would get the 7 book separately if it is available. But I don't know about that I haven't looked for that yet. When I do I will update. And these books are a very good way to introduce the children to Ramayana.

Very true to translations, referred therein. I wish ACK would list verse #s in each frame. I checked several verses and compared with text, art work and illustrations. They are so true to the scriptural description. Simply Brilliant contribution. Sincerely request parents to read along with kids.

Amar Chitra Katha is a household name in India and known to entertain all ages with varied interests. The Ramayana set is an excellent collection which my children are loving. Highly recommend.

The pages were like sewn together. Their were rips in the pages. There where pages that got repeated in the book. But overall it is a good book set.

I have purchased few versions of the Ramayana with pictures to tell the story to my 3-year-old child. Every time, my son would ask curious questions or look for illustrations that just weren’t there, and I would have to say, "I don't know," or "the picture isn’t available." Finally, I found this book — and it’s exactly what I had been looking for! The illustrations are beautiful, the details are rich, and the storytelling is perfectly suited for young children. It has made our reading sessions so much more engaging and joyful. A big thank you to the entire team who created and published this wonderful book! To parents reading this review: if you want your child to grow up admiring true heroes like Rama, Lakshmana, Hanuman, and Bharata — rather than fictional characters like Spiderman or Batman — this book is an excellent choice. I highly recommend buying the printed version, as it keeps children connected to the story without the distractions of the digital world.

I was pleasantly surprised. The books are hardback and printed on good quality paper. The box set is great to keep the books together. The art work is actually a bit modern and not in the classic Amar Chitra Katha style. But it's a good change. Makes it appealing to older readers as well. The language is still simplistic for kids to understand. And loving the beautiful book mark that comes with each book. The packaging was good and the books look sturdy and will last.
