EXCELLENT product! The glass is very thin, but the tumbler is designed well. I'm always amazed that I can pour such hot water in without it breaking. It hold the heat well, too. I don't use the dishwasher, but I find it easy to clean by hand. I don't use the dishwasher, I purchased a separate silicone tumbler sleeve with handle, reducing my concerns for the tumbler's delicate all glass construction. But it's the glass that I wanted, and ecoBrew delivers! I've had this and used daily for months. Great value for the money.

I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 star. The merchant corrected the transaction with a full refund and I didn't ask, Surprised me. Definitely would do business with them again. They stand by their product.

I was looking for a glass to go cup for my morning tea and I was surprised how hard it was to find with a glass top. Despite some negative reviews I decided to try this one because it was the biggest I could find that would still fit in a standard size cup holder in my car. Several reviewers mentioned the glass cracking and I did notice a small crack before I even used it but it appears to be inside and isn’t affecting usage of the cup. The glass does seem extremely fragile so I’m being extra gentle with it and I’m hoping it lasts.

I really like the style of this glass mug, but it is so thin. I just put my top on and it completely cracked. I’m very disappointed.

I've been slowly transitioning away from plastics and this glass tumbler is insulated and lightweight. While it's not incredibly effective at keeping your drink insulated, it is passable. The worst offense is the lid which, for the most part, doesn't even feel like it was designed for the tumbler. It's not uncommon to just size your tumbler to an existing lid, but this lid leaves much to be desired. The gasket seems like it work great in a plastic or stainless steel cup, but it doesn't seem to want to create an adequate seal with the glass. This means even though it advertises itself as "leakproof", I'd say it's more effective at just not spilling everything out if you accidentally knock it over. The silicone bottom is good, but the sleeve is nothing to write home about. It does an okay job but it does like to move around sometimes when you least expect it. Overall, I'm not entirely thrilled with this tumblr and will be looking for something else. It's too late for me to return this so I hope my review helps others to make an informed decision. It just doesn't satisfy my needs for the price.

Great insulated tumbler that comes with a lid. Most ceramic mugs are not microwave safe. This glass mug is microwave safe and comes out of the microwave safe for you to handle with bare hands. It is dishwasher safe, but very easy to clean by hand. The rubber banding around the glass adds an additional level of safety when handling to prevent slipping and looks good too. I love that the mug does not flavor your drink and is a clean design. The lid fits snuggly on and is very easy to put on and take off. The rubber footing lies flat and sits well on desktops, tables, etc. The cup holds heat well, better then other ceramic mugs I have used. I have been using my initial mug for over two years and purchased a second for travel purposes. I love these mugs and will not hesitate to purchase again.

I loved this non toxic option! It's beautiful and works great. On the sensitive side, but I appreciate the non toxic aspect :) Good replacement for paper cups that are full of toxins.

It is a very nice tumbler but it is ridiculously fragile. I have purchased 4 and 3 have broken already. Some from something as simple as falling on its side on the table and shattering. I would not recommend buying it
