Turns out the engine wires were chewed to bits. After a $500 repair bill, my workplace purchased this product. Haven't had any wire chewing since! My personal vehicle frequents the same property. Many months later my headlights stopped working, I popped the hood open and found the headlight wires chewed to bits. After my $200 repair bill, I ordered the same product for my personal vehicle. No mouse droppings or wire chewing has occurred in either vehicle since their respective installation of this product. Over a year later, the product that was in my personal vehicle started to make gargled electronic noises instead of it's usual routine. I contacted the seller who was quick to respond! He gave me info to do a hard reset, unfortunately, it did not solve the issue. After letting the seller know this, he was quick to send me a replacement!
