I've had this red light therapy mat for about 10-11 weeks now and have been using it regularly, about 3-4 times a week, lying face up for about 10 to 15 minutes and face down for another 10 to 15 minutes. Hence, my purchase of the red light therapy mat to do for my body what the LED face mask did for my face. I mean, I didn't buy the mat to rejuvenate the skin of my body, although that is a nice side benefit. I bought this mat to help repair the cells, increase blood flow to the cells, reduce inflammation and body pain, etc. You don't have to take my word for it. Do your own research. More and more scientific studies have shown the health benefits of infrared red light therapy. So, over this past year I've been experiencing mild bladder infection on and off. Not so bad that I need to see a doctor for antibiotics but uncomfortable enough that I have to take over the counter drugs to relieve the horrible feeling of urgency. I know this is caused in part by me holding my bladder in for a long period of time before relief. Anyways, I wanted to see if the red light therapy would help prevent the bladder issue from returning. I had another bout of mild bladder infection shortly after I purchased this mat. So I lay face down on the red light therapy mat for about 30 minutes at P5 the maximum intensity. I did this for about 6 days in a row and the following week, about 4 or 5 times. Well what do you know, I've not had any bladder issues and it's been about 2 months since my last one. Now, I am not saying the red light therapy completely cured the bladder issue. But I strongly believe it helped because it increased blood flow to the bladder and helped reduce inflammation. If you do have health issues and are unsure of this mat, please, please consult with your doctor first. Now as to the quality of this product, it was securely packaged in a box. Mine appeared to be brand new, never used and not a returned item. I think for the first minute I couldn't find instructions on how to plug everything together so I simply looked at the pictures on the Amazon listing and figured it out in an instant. Very easy, really. The control buttons are also easy to use. One set of arrow buttons controls the timing in 10 minute increments, up to 90 minutes max; another set of arrow buttons controls the intensity from P1 the lowest, to P5 the highest. I usually set mine between P3 to P4, sometimes P5. The mat I purchased is the XXXXL one. I'm 5'4" normal weight and fit comfortably on the mat with plenty of room to spare. I like that there's a thick, durable clear plastic that covers the lights so that I can periodically wipe the mat clean as necessary. Someone said in their review that the plug or mechanism was loose so that the lights stopped working. I did not have this issue at all. But I keep mine plugged into the wall all the time. When I don't use it I just roll it up and prop it up against the wall. And one last thing about this mat. The wavelength available is 660 nanometers (nm) to 850 nm at the max. Here's a quick overview of red light therapy wavelengths (based on my research; I'm not a healthcare professional or a scientist): shorter wavelengths like 630 nm is sufficient to address wrinkles; 660 nm penetrate the skin and tissues and good for collagen production and mild joint pain; 850 nm penetrate deep tissues and is ideal for muscle injuries, arthritis, wound healing, and other deep pain. I like that this mat offers a range of 660 to 850 nm. I know, this is a pricey item, not cheap at all. But look at it this way: it's an investment in your health. Aren't you so worth it??? I know I am 😉. I mean, if you don't have health, you really have nothing. I highly recommend you try this out. I love using this! All settings are beneficial. I’m interested in buying a larger light but this one is good for direct shoulder, back contact. I love wrapping this around my feet and ankles, even helps with some tennis elbow. It’s easy to use. It’s a good price for the size. Great quality, durable, lightweight

This has been a huge help to relieve muscle spasms and other myofascial pain. In just a few minutes it has relieved pain that nothing else I tried would touch. Have also used it for occasional leg vein pain in which case the included velcro straps come in hand to hold it in place around the leg. So far the wrap has been 100% reliable and I'm hoping to get many more years of use from it. I highly recommend it!

This red light therapy belt has worked very well overall. I did have an issue with the first unit, which stopped working after a couple of days, but the return and replacement process was easy. The replacement has been working reliably for several months now with no issues. One of the biggest advantages is that it is USB powered. I can plug it into my car and use it on my neck during my commute, or plug it into my laptop at work and use it on my neck or shoulders. It has helped noticeably with pain relief, especially for neck stiffness, shoulder tension, and headaches from spending long hours at a computer. Unlike a traditional heating pad, this uses infrared light, so the heat penetrates deeper. You can feel the warmth even when it is not pressed directly against your skin, especially after it has been on for a while. The warmth feels gradual and consistent rather than overly hot. Because it uses very little power, it is also quite efficient. On colder mornings, I will sometimes wear it under my shirt, and it helps keep me warm while I am settling in at the office. Aside from the initial defective unit, which was resolved quickly, this has been a useful and convenient tool for pain relief and light warming throughout the day

I bought this red light device on 2/6/26, specifically for use on my crepey arms(weight loss and age). I have tried it on both upper arms and forearms, but am concentrating on the forearms first since my sleeves cover my upper. The red light gets warm but not uncomfortably so even on the 4th setting. All the lights work on both red light(660nm) and NIR(850nm). It is corded but states it does work with a power pack, which you'd need to buy separately. I am using it while on my vibration plate so corded is fine with me. The power cord is long enough that I have no problem switching from one arm to the other. And the controls are easy to read and adjust. I have not noticed any undo heat along the length of the power cord to outlet or around the controls. It is not advertised for use on the arms, so the supplied straps are too long for my needs. When using on my upper arms I can wrap the strap about 1.5X around my arm and device but the device does not stay secure. When using it on my forearm I use only the hook ends to secure the ends of the device together, but I have extra strap hanging. Trying to go around again scrunches the device and is too tight for my arm, but my way is doable. I will need to re-engineer the 2nd strap supplied to use for my upper arm but that is not a problem for me as I am an advanced seamstress/tailor. It does not have a clear vinyl covering over it as do my more expensive devices. But using it on my arms it should not have contact with any excess of oil or dirt. It does have directions for cleaning. I have used this device 3-5X a week for 15 minutes on each arm and have noticed a significant decrease in the crepey-ness on my forearms. Enough so that I have just purchased a 2nd unit to be able to do both arms at once.

Really helpful with my dog and her hurting back legs. It's so easy and she loves it. I use it too sometimes. I do think it helps for sure.

I have nothing but good things to say. My mat has changed my life. Unfortunately a cell burnt out and melted a small section and out side of my warranty. They still replaced it for me. Great product, even better company values and I do not give out many compliments.

The size of the mat is true to form. Assembly is very easy. Delivery was just as promised. While it has only been a week, I can sense a small improvement in my pain level.

Stopped working after 11 months. No warranty. Waste of money unfortunately
