This is one cute little bear. One of the things we like about this bear is that it has three brightness levels to enjoy the best breathing and mediation exercises that’s best for you. This bear is perfect if you are really stressed out about something. It helps me to reduce stress and anxiety by listening to the soft sounds. You can adjust the volume to your liking. It’s load enough also. See my video I posted here that I did turn up the sounds. It also has several different sound that you can pick one. The bear has pretty bright lights that you can also adjust the brightness. The cute bear is a white rubbery material that also has a volume control, on off button and a music button. It also come with a charger cord for fast charging. If I had to pick something that I would change it would be the night light feature. After 2 hours it will shut off. And after you turn it off it remembers what sounds you listen to last and saves it which is a very nice feature. Overall this is worth the money and it helps us sleep at night with the different sounds and this bear is a very good breathing helper. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I have an adult son who struggles with anxiety and panic attacks. He often will call me and ask me to talk him through deep breathing exercises to help him manage a panic attack. I am happy to do it, but saw this and got it for him for Christmas, thinking that it would give him an opportunity to be more independent with managing his symptoms. He really cherishes independence, and this was the perfect gift for him! It has helped his self esteem to be able to use this both for breathing exercises as well as white noise when he is trying to fall asleep. And even though he knows that I am always available to him, he is proud at his new found ability to manage this issue on his own. The puppy is cute and the plastic is soft! I definitely recommend for anyone, any age, who has trouble falling asleep or with anxiety.

This is my BFF!!!!!! It’s squeezable so you can fit it in your purse. I have anxiety and overthink a lot to where it drives me crazy. Seeing this and turning it on and following a few guided deep breaths goes so far. I love the music too. However you can’t hear the music without the light on. Which is annoying cuz I like to sleep in the dark and would be happy if I could fall asleep to the calming musics but the light is bright ASF. Still so cute tho and nice to have on the go . Would work great with its kids and in a classroom with group breaths

My mother was having a difficult time falling asleep at night, and put this on her Christmas list. I got it for her, and she just raved on and on about it. Said it was very soothing, gave her something to focus on. Very effective.

My 10 year old son loves this. I wish there was a simple "night light" mode that played the sound and didn't change colors. However, my son loves the waves crashing sound, and the breathing exercise is also very helpful. The light is not too bright, but definitely helps him to fall asleep. The battery lasts so long too, I've only charged it a couple times in the months we've owned it.

The soft silicone makes it a nice thing to have in the bed. We haven't tried the breathing exercises yet, but the colour options are nice too for the light. Would be nice to add a musical lullaby or something similar to the noise options.

I got this for my 10-year-old who has difficulty staying asleep. She’s very sensitive to sounds within the house and we have puppies. The sound machine will turn off after two hours. That’s in the description, but I wish it stayed on all night. The charge lasts a number of days up to a week. However, the only sound that she can use is the sort of white noise static sound. All the others are way too tinny and mechanical sounding. There is one sound that is dripping water and it actually scares her. At times I find the light a little too bright.
