This 18W bug zapper replacement bulb is excellent
This 18W bug zapper replacement bulb is excellent. The H-shaped tube with a 4-pin base fits perfectly and was easy to install. It works well with my 18W mosquito zapper, attracting and eliminating insects effectively. The light is bright and reliable, making my outdoor space more comfortable. I highly recommend this product for anyone needing a replacement bulb for their mosquito zapper.

It was a good unit until light went out.
My light went out so I went to the Amufer site and ordered a replacement light. It was ridiculously hard to take the unit apart finally did it inserted the light, it did fit however it did not work so I took it out and turned it around. I thought maybe I had it in wrong somehow,I didn’t, so I finally threw the unit in the trash. I received a credit from Amazon for the light and sent it back.

An Effective Bug Zapper Bulb
I like the effectiveness of this AMUFER bug zapper bulb on attracting and killing fruit flies in my home. About three months ago, I came back from a long vacation and noticed there were a lot of tiny fruit flies inside my home. I then bought a 11W bug zapper to deal with the issue. It killed a lot of fruit flies, but the bulb went bad after just 3 weeks. After this experience, I was more judicious in buying another bug zapper. I did a lot of online comparison, and chose a 18W AMUFER bug zapper, because claimed durability. After receiving the product, I was offered extended product warranty which I was very pleased. The 18W AMUFER bug zapper really has done its job. It has killed a lot more fruit flies than the 11W zapper, based on daily fruit fly body counts. Now I don’t see fruit flies around. But I know the issue is not completely resolved, because there are new fruit fly bodies show up around the zapper every day. Since I like the 18 W AMUFER bug zapper so much, I decided to buy a 18W AMUFER bug zapper bulb as a backup.

The value and how well it fit.
I would not pay attention to all bad reviews. I was able to pull apart Install with ease. I was a little worried about some reviews stating that the light was a little bit on the blue side. But it was a perfect match. I am super happy with my Purchase, I would recommend it to anybody needing a replacement.
