Really enjoying this little device. It gets fairly warm when using the heat setting which I find really helps relax tense areas of my face and feels like it encourages drainage from sinuses and lymph nodes. Face seems less puffy overall and it really does seem to significantly help serums soak into the skin. My only qualm is that mine seems to be missing the charging cable that should come with it. It is USB-C, so I happen to have another cable I can use but it’s a bummer that I don’t have the option to use the little one that comes with it when traveling etc. the manufacturer doesn’t seem to offer direct customer service, so my only choice is to return the whole thing for an exchange.

So this cutest face massager when you turn it on, it will be cool then it starts getting warmer so that’s what I like. I like that it’s convenient to use. I like that you can just choose the modes which more do you want so I’ve been trying it’s always as my husband and I would love it. It comes with a charger so you just can keep charging it and keep using it.

Though it helps a bit to have some warmth - especially when wanting a serum to get deeper, the price tag of ~45 is not worth it. I just didn't see much of a difference than a regular simple Gua Sha in fact this device has les curvature than the normal ones. I was hoping that the vibration or red light would make a difference but it just didn't. Not so much worth it for me.
