They have broken after 2 years. We have looked after them carefully. We asked the seller for a replacement and they told us to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer are impossible to get any answers from - we have heard nothing despite numerous attempts. The seller's customer service is very poor and they're not interested in assisting to resolve this on our behalf or offering a replacement. We are going to have to throw these away now and buy some Salter ones (we've been very pleased with the other smaller scales we have bought from them).
