DeWalt battery usb attachment
Slips onto the DeWalt battery to charge your phone, headtorch and stuff. Two ports, type C and old style.

Does not work.
USB-C will not charge anything. Reviewer who says you can charge battery with this is wrong, even says so in the site. In fairness the USB-A did charge and old phone but not a new one with USB-C. Don’t bother with this item.

Absolutely brilliant.
What a fantastic idea it works brilliantly no more flat phone battery's also real good value for money and you don't need mains power .

Not great but did what I needed it to do
I bought these as I wanted to use the 18V battery voltage to power a Bluetooth speaker and a camping bed charger as I was going to a festival. I am an electronics engineer, so I do understand what I am doing, and drilled some holes in the device and connected my cables. Initially the USB A and USB C ports both provided power to charge my phone but I wasn’t convinced the USB C port was genuine as it only charged my 60% charged IPhone at 5V, whereas, a different ‘genuine’ charger would charge it at 9V. Anyway, at some point during the festival, the USB C port stopped working but the USB A still works at the moment. So it has done what I wanted as I didn’t need the USB ports and just needed a Dewalt battery connector, but I would caution using it as anything more. At the moment I am not sure if both USB ports will fail - given one has already.

Surprisingly versatile. Means I can charge my drill battery in the car if necessary.
This is up to really blew me away, and I really wasn’t sure if I’d use it, but having recharged one of my Li-Ion batteries from dead to charged in Just around 20 minutes I’m absolutely blown away. As you can see from the video, the adapter is extremely is to pop on and one is on it’s really flush and looks very neat. Do you have two options to charge with either a male USB 2 connector for USB see adapter, I opted for the USB see simply because of its convenience and the fact I have a lot of digital devices that use the same adapter. Once plugged in, simply pressing the button to begin, charging illuminates the LED. Because there are no instructions. I wasn’t expecting the LED to then turn itself off once the charge is complete, but this did happen. This will deafly be something that I keep in the car or a Dropbox at all times close moments when I need to charge my drill battery on the go, what’s more, it means I can charge both my batteries at once when the Dewalt dark, which is actually quite large, and will only charge one at a time. Very happy customer.

Dangerous
Low quality that didn't run my radio which is 5w. Supposedly able to put out 18w. After a few minutes of charging a phone the unit begins to make a buzzing noise which get louder & louder. The unit is then hot to touch and if you remove it from the battery & touch the terminals one of them is hot enough to burn you. Maybe just a manufacturing fault with the one I received causing a bad electrical connection but I'm not going to risk damaging a £50+ battery using this.
