Review: Definitely an improvement. - Love this toothpaste, the dentist tried to put me of of purchasing it,but i can see the difference ,ive been using it for over 2 weeks,prior to boka i used marvis whitening but it made my gums really sore,so i asked my dental hygienist freind who recommended boka, it tastes mild,and really does leave teeth clean,remember not to rinse or use mouthwash or eat and drink for half and hour otherwise it doesnt work as it should. Just spit,leave the rest to do its magic.There is clinical evidence that it helps with the strength of teeth and gums mine are no longer tender, no more sensitivity when i eat or drink,no matter the temperature, this took about a week to achieve with the sensitivity. i had some cracks just visible,i no longer have them,dont let the dentists dictate to you,they want you to keep coming back to them,and buy the rubbish that they endorse and charge you stupid prices for. Yes boka isn't cheap,in my opinion it is worth it.

I have been using this Boka toothpaste and have been really pleased with it so far. I wanted to try a fluoride-free toothpaste with nano hydroxyapatite, and this one has been easy to incorporate into my normal brushing routine. The texture is smooth and it spreads easily across the teeth without feeling overly thick or abrasive. The Ela Mint flavour is one of the things I particularly like. It gives a clean, fresh feeling after brushing but isn't as strong or intense as some traditional mint toothpastes. This makes it pleasant to use in the morning and before bed, especially if you prefer a milder flavour. I also appreciate the straightforward formula. It doesn't contain sulfates or parabens, and the vegan formulation is another positive for me. The 113g tube is a good size for everyday use and the packaging is simple and easy to handle. Love this toothpaste, the dentist tried to put me of of purchasing it,but i can see the difference ,ive been using it for over 2 weeks,prior to boka i used marvis whitening but it made my gums really sore,so i asked my dental hygienist freind who recommended boka, it tastes mild,and really does leave teeth clean,remember not to rinse or use mouthwash or eat and drink for half and hour otherwise it doesnt work as it should. I specifically chose this flavour because I find the traditional "minty burn" of most toothpastes too stimulating, especially before bed. This blend is a much more relaxing alternative. Why I Like It: • Gentle & Soothing: The combination of Aloe Vera and Chamomile appeals to me. It feels incredibly soothing on my gums and provides a gentle clean without the harsh, stinging sensation of menthol.🌿🌼 • Sensitivity Support: As someone with sensitive teeth, the nano-hydroxyapatite (n-Ha) has been effective. It’s a science-backed, biocompatible alternative to fluoride that helps remineralize enamel, and I’ve noticed less discomfort with cold drinks. • Perfect for Nighttime: The warm ginger and coconut flavour is calming and doesn’t "wake up" my senses right before I try to sleep. 💤 Important "Dealbreakers" to Consider: • No Foam: If you prefer a foamy toothpaste, this isn't for you. It is SLS-free, so it has a creamy, non-lathering consistency that takes some getting used to. • Xylitol-Free: This specific flavor is xylitol-free. While this is a "pro" for those who want to avoid sugar alcohols or have pets (since xylitol is toxic to dogs), the "con" is that you miss out on the additional bacteria-fighting benefits found in Boka's mint flavors.
