They will use the excuse that it’s been more than a year and your warranty has expired. They will not offer to help at all, waste of money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works fast *by V***S on March 29, 2025* The media could not be loaded. Wow big difference from heat pad or heat gun but you need good ventilation ### ⭐ Horrible oven *by P***C on March 5, 2024* The oven wouldn’t heat past 100 degrees. I measured it with a heat measuring gun and compared it to my heat press. (I included photos) The oven was on 300 degrees and read 100-110 with the gun. My heat press was on 100 degrees and read 95 by my heat measuring gun(95% accurate). Poorly made oven with 0 quality control as its obviously hasn’t been tested. I’ll be spending the extra $100 on a more premium option than this. What a waste of time. ALSO, the Measurements are deceptive from the title. It’s not able to fit 20.7” x 18.5”. ( I bought it for 16 x 20 sheets). May be my fault for not reading the exact measurements on the photos but regardless. it doesn’t even heat up. Stay away from this junk.
