Question 1

In the video to market it there shows a 5x5 cycle as well which has no breath retention.  I just received mine and it doesn't have that cycle. ???

Could you change the colors to the red/warm spectrum?  Would be much more conducive to a wind-down sleep routine for insomnia!

Is there any comparable product that has a shorter hold time? i have copd...

Hi there, this is a unique product designed to mimic a popular breathing rhythm that is scientifically proven to slow down the heart rate and thus create a greater sense of calmness.  The 7 second hold is an important wellness element that spreads oxygen throughout the body.

We are not aware of any similar products on the market that might have a shorter hold but there are 2 potential approaches:

1. Practice the 7 second hold for a couple weeks in order to increase your comfort level with it.  Doing this daily can increase your lungs capacity to hold your breath at which point the cycle becomes easier.  If you find this to be true, then this product might be a good fit.

2. Research and practice other breathing rhythms that might be more suitable.  While there might not be an available product that guides on visual cues, you might find this more comfortable for your unique circumstance.

Can you buy replacement charger cords?

Hi Lacy - you can’t buy replacement charging cords from Mindsight but the Breathing Buddha uses a Micro USB charger which is quite common for consumer electronics and can be bought separately on Amazon. Pls let us know if you need anything further. Thank you
