At home recovering from back surgery, I knew I would soon have to return the hospital bed rental, so I ordered this — and it turned out to be an absolute lifesaver! The 4-in-1 adaptability was exactly what I needed for comfort and support. I’m not usually a back sleeper, but this allowed me to adjust to a comfortable angle so I could rest on my back during recovery. Throughout the day, I could easily reposition it to stay comfortable while watching TV or just relaxing. This product truly made my recovery so much easier. I had abdominal surgery 5 days ago and this set of pillow/forms is the only reason I sleep comfortably and can get in/out of bed on my own. So comfortable and soft. Many many positions available using the wedge form. I use it in bed and on the couch, either to lie on or as a back rest for support. Also realized this would be perfect to use when I have a headcold/allergies. This is an integral part of my recovery process. Well worth the cost. I highly recommend it. Exactly as described.

I bought this about a month ago for recovery from an impending surgery where I would have to be upright for over two weeks and it's been priceless! Was worth the extra money - there are a lot of other similar pillow sets, but I noticed that with the less expensive sets, people were more likely to report that they moved around or that they didn't reinflate properly. I'm 5'2" and weigh 115 lbs, so it was plenty sturdy for me; it is fairly large which I am ok with. There may have been a slight odor from the fill when I first opened the packages (similar to foam beds), but it dissipated very quickly. I purchased it ahead of time in case I had a problem with it. I think it's a good balance of firmness - not too firm but firm enough to be supportive. What's nice is that it is versatile. I did not need the velcro straps because the pillows stayed put without them. I have a sleep number bed and the head and feet raise, but I actually found this to be just as comfortable and more adjustable. It comes with a large gel ice pack and the vacuum bags but I haven't used either yet.

Very comfortable. Shifting pillow positions is easy. We let it expand fully after opening giving it all the time it required. Great way to manage acid reflux at night with the rear cushion high then lowering it for sleeping comfort. I love it.
