Best way to take outdoor pictures of yourself
First of all, I would like to start it with this is easily the nicest phone mount system for a tripod that I've ever seen. The screw system to hold the phone can be made super solid because you can crank pretty hard on the holder if you would like, securing the phone very solidly. Never seen this before and it was very nice and didn't make me feel like I was using rubber bands to hold my expensive phone in. Up next is the overall feel of the tripod itself. the legs are fairly thin metal, but held up nicely even on a 10 day trip through Utah. They need fairly flat ground to keep the tripod upright, especially if it is extended, but we managed through our trip. Occasionally we put a small rock under one leg to get it more vertical, which worked fine. The extension mechanisms were great, no issues there. The "aim" or angle adjustment at the top of the tripod is very simple, just 1 dimension of rotation, but that was always enough out on the trails, so no complaints for me. Worst case you may need to turn the phone on top of the angle adjustment to get the correct shot. If you're looking for some kind of complicated gimbal this is not your tripod, functionality was high though with this. The bluetooth remote was set up by my girlfriend because she was excited. This is saying something as I don't think I've ever seen her set up a bluetooth device before. If she was able to do it I fully expect that it was pretty easy. Remote sometimes needed fairly clear vision to the phone to take the picture, as in if we held it behind our back it would seem to only take one picture out of maybe 4 button presses. Once we realized this as long as our hand was in front of our bodies we had no issues. This was at decent range as well, definitely over 20 feet on some pictures. Great tripod, looking forward to the next trip with it.

Great Tripod...And I modified it a bit.
033025: Purchased this for hiking, and will take it to Europe with me soon. I modified this slightly as I learned from previous Amazon purchases that they may not work in the field, as is, or may break. The tripod comes with a spring-loaded Phone holder. Something similar, I purchased for last year's adventures, broke shortly after I used it. I purchased and replaced the original holder with an Ailun Phone Holder/Vertical and Horizontal Tripod Mount Adapter. (see Photo). This holder has better options. I have to deal with weight due to backpacking and hiking, so the modification is ok. The tripod itself is pretty sturdy. Using it as a Stick, fully extended, it handles my Samsung phone with a light case on it, but it is a little heavy. Using it as a tripod on various uneven surfaces, it is balanced and handles the weight of my phone. I am very rough with my gear and try to prevent equipment failures in the field. I noticed that the mount, fixed to the tripod, which retains the phone holder adapter, could separate. It is held together by 4 small screws embedded in plastic. In my photos, (2-5) you can see the complete mount, then separated, the piece with the screws. To prevent possible separation, I removed and super glued the screws in place to prevent stripping. I also used a small amount of clear fingernail polish, on the threads of the large screw to prevent it from loosing and backing out. Since I have been doing this with my gear, I have not lost any screws and my equipment made it through my trips. I know this seems to be a little extra work, but I am worry-free from separation failure, and this tripod appears to be rock solid. I will update this review once I am back from my trips.

Some Pros. Some Cons. Overall good.
I ordered this during an Amazon unicorn sale and only paid about $12+ for it. So naturally, I grabbed it because I am in need for something this flexible that I can take to events, etc. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it but there are some noticeable pros and cons. I will start with the pros. First, it's pretty sturdy. I have a whole photography getup on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and this fit with no problem. I have a heavy case, room for a filters, as well as a receiver for a Lavalier microphone plugged in. Once again, this holds it with no problem. I haven't tried setting up the phone while it's fully extended in tripod mode, but for what I need, it's just fine. The phone holder comes with a GoPro mount attached, which gives it some flexibility. If I had a GoPro, that would be quite nice. The remote that comes with it is nearly perfect. It connected immediately to my phone and I had no problems using it for either video or photography. Older models had USB cables to use to charge the remote. The remote now uses a watch battery and is pretty standalone. It's also well seated into its place on the legs, so there's no fear of it dropping off. Now the cons. The phone holder that it comes with is inadequate. It doesn't have a cold shoe mount, which is vital for me (YMMV). Along with my phone, sometimes I like to be able to have a place for a small light or a vlogging microphone, and this doesn't have the ability to do that. More on that later. While the legs are sturdy, they are hard to hold. I've decided I will be getting another blogging tripod that is easier on my hands and comes with a cold shoe mount phone holder. I just haven't decided which one yet. With this particular tripod, the legs are sturdy but hard to hold because they don't give a comfortable grip. In addition, it doesn't collapse down as low as I'd like. There's a couple of feet of selfie stick that looks oversized and it's just a little awkward getting through a crowd. I mentioned before that I don't like the phone holder because of its lack of cold shoe mounts. I replaced it with a Picton/Ulanzi ST-27 Mount which is pretty close to perfect as far as I'm concerned. I've had it for a while (since 2020 or 2021, I can't remember exactly) and it works perfectly. It holds my lights, my microphones, and is wonderful. So that's now riding on the top of the tripod. Overall I really like it. As I said before, I will be getting another that I can hold on to much easier. The length and the discomfort in my hands after holding the legs for a while doesn't make it really worth using on a regular basis. That being said, the sale was so great I wasn't going to return it. It was functional for what I needed for for one event, but my next event I will probably have something else. Do I recommend it? Absolutely. Not everyone is a nerd like me.

Great, sturdy, compact easy to use tripod
This tripod works great. Sturdy, easy to use. The carrying bag is a very nice touch. We use the bag to store our tripod in. The tripod easily folds down into a compact, easy to store size and the bag keeps it from getting caught or tangling with any cords. We have not used the Bluetooth feature on the tripod, so I can’t speak to that. We use the tripod to hold our iPhone X while we record YouTube videos. The tripod is intuitive, simple and easy to use - not at all frustrating. The one thing I would like to be different is for the angling of the camera/phone to be more customizable. It has preset grooves that the head of the tripod can click into, in order to angle the lens upwards or downwards. Since most of our shots are all straight on, it hasn’t been much of an issue. The head of the tripod does not swivel right or left, but that has not been an issue either, as in all our videos, our subject does not move. If we want to angle the lens right or left on any shot, we simply angle the entire tripod body right or left before we begin shooting. We are moving towards simultaneously shooting our videos from two angles, using two phones. When we do that, this tripod is the one we will buy to hold our second phone.

Fantastic Light Weight Tripod - Great Phone Video Tool
Great tripod for its size and weight - Excellent PORTABLE and LIGHTWEIGHT tripod option I love this Fugetek for phone video Now each of us has different wants and needs This tripod is perfect for Light phone filming - I LOVE THE PHONE HOLDER - It’s screws instead of a spring so it actually stays set. My Needs - having something small and easy and portable. I have carpal tunnel the last month so grabbing and squeezing and holding things was agonizing. With the Fugetek FT569 so everybody knows which one : is super light and the 3 riser polls go up and down easy ...and it has a little special pre-shoot mirror Yes, it has a special little selfie reflective mirror on the actual tripod-as one reviewer mentioned. it actually is valuable at framing yourself properly in getting a sense of what you actually look like, even if it’s tiny. The clips to adjust the tripod three section poles going up and down are easy to use the remote actually connects pretty good to my iPhone 6 thae remote clicker it’s pretty clean and it does volume too I am 6feet tall : it does not go up to my face. goes up to about my chest so this is for sitting video My Weight : ring of masking tape - covid creative - The aluminum is very light on the tripod and it helps it from tipping over. Hope it helps

Very durable however it’s a little bit more complicated to use than stated in the directions.
After many hours of research and review reading, I was looking for a tripod for my elderly mother who likes to go to theater and music, concerts and take videos for her online marketing promotions based on reviews this was supposed to be an easy, set up lightweight and functionable however, that wasn’t the case upon receiving the item. The item is very durable, but it’s a little bit more complicated to use Than stated in the description. We did not return the product. We gave it away to somebody may be a little bit younger, who would find it more easy to use versus an 83-year-old person

Surprisingly Love it
Impression: I wasn't expecting this to be a professional tool that would last me for several years (it isn't LOL), but it's surprised me how durable it is. It's it's horribly cheap or flimsy like I half expected. Been about 1.5 years now and it still works perfect. It hasn't broken yet at least LOL Quality: Decent. Material isn't super great quality but it isn't terrible flimsy plastic. Parts are reasonably thick enough to provide adequate support for my phone. Don't try a DSLR, it'll probably collapse it. Digital cameras may be iffy depending on the weight. Legs are thick enough to provide stability when placing the phone on it. Stability: Indoors, it's great. Doesn't move until you move it, very portable and light weight but still works as intended. Outdoors, I can see potentially how it can fail if a very strong wind blows and it may collapse. Especially if you expand it to its full height. More resistance to the wind, and not enough resistance at the base. Recommended to put something to hold down the base if you're going to do any outdoor photography and use this as a tripod. Portability: Very light, easy to expand and retract. I put it away after very use, and it's very easy to pull it back out and set it up again Height: It was actually taller than I expected. Description does say it goes to 4ft, but I wasn't actually expecting it to be capable of doing it. When I first purchased online, I thought beyond 3ft, the stick would be too thin and the whole thing would break or collapse if I tried to max it out. BUT IT WORKED. I've been usually using it at max height for all my shoots and it works fine. Things I liked: I actually really liked the snap buttons that locked the height increases. Easy to use, no hassle with trying to turn buttons or knobs. Price: Decent for the quality I got Word of advice: Don't buy if you're expecting professional industry quality tripod. Go to a camera store for that, seriously. For the average user, this works fine.

Great investment for solo travelers
Best. Purchase. Ever! I’m a big solo traveler and I have to tell you, this is the best investment I’ve ever made. One of the toughest things about going alone is that you rarely have photos of yourself in all these amazing places. Or, you have to awkwardly ask strangers to take your photo (and, if you’re a photographic stickler like me, you’ll likely be disappointed with the way the photo is taken because of angles, lighting, or general composition of the shot). This Fugetek product has changed EVERYTHING! I bought this just before I took a road trip through the southwest United States and was worried I’d have no one to help take photos in such remote areas. (Which I was right about!) But luckily it didn’t matter because I had this little guy with me. :) In terms of portability: It’s extremely light and has a little carry bag that you can sling on your shoulder or fit in your backpack (although it peaks out the top of mine a little bit). The remote control snaps on the base so you don’t have to keep track of it separately. In terms of functionality: It never failed me! I synched the remote to my phone right after it arrived, and never had to do it again. The remote has an “on/off” switch and right after I flip it on, it would automatically recognize my phone within a few seconds. It also has a great battery life: I charged the remote once and it lasted me two whole vacations at this point! In terms of devices I used : I use an iPhone Xs with a decent size case AND a pop socket. I never removed either because there is a good grip on the tripod and I never felt it was in danger of falling out. Pro Tips: (1) Careful in windy areas. Because the base is small relative to the height of the shaft (fully extended), a gust of wind will take this whole thing right over. It happened to me once in the desert and scratched my iPhone a bit. I solved this by wrapping my sweatshirt around the base to give it a little more weight and stability and never had another problem in the wind. This was the only environment I needed to do that - everywhere else was fine! (2) Sometimes it takes a second for the picture to snap, so hold your pose for a second after clicking the button and don’t move too quickly.

Compra recomendable.

This is a brilliant, portable tripod.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I live in a very windy area and the tripod legs weren't that stable on a windy day! But it's so light and easy to assemble it is an absolute must for travelling.
