The maximum lifespan of a MAXTRA PRO All-in-1 water filter is 150 litres or 4 weeks. BRITA recommends replacing the water filter regularly. If you are using a BRITA Jug with a smart light, please use this as indication for the next replacement of your filter. The intelligent sensor not only measures the time since the water filter was last replaced, but also records the volume of filtered water. Should you have an older BRITA smart light which is programmed for 100 litres (for jug systems purchased before August 2023), and wish to have a 150 litres version, please contact BRITACare.
