Is the sizing accurate for most users?

SuzziPad's gloves are an free size. The product description provides sizing guidelines for the size options. Please choose the large size if you have high innstep or if your feet are between size.

Are they easy to clean and maintain?

Use damp (not wet) cloth to wipe the wrap. Don't machine wash or dry gel pack. Gel Pack should be hand wash only and must be completely air dry prior to use.When not in use, please store it in the plastic protective bag at room temperature.

Is the compression level adjustable for personalized comfort?

SuzziPad's comes with adjustable elastic compression straps, allowing you to adjust it to comfort according to your needs.

Are gel packs reusable and long-lasting? Does it remain flexible when frozen?

The gel packs are reusable. We recommend freezing it for 2 hours can be maintained for 20 minutes effect. If frozen for a long time the touch of the ice packs will be like a smoothie. It's best to follow our recommended freezing times.

Works well during chemo for neuropathy. Love the pink. It’s so cute. It would be nice to have a zipper on the heel because the heel ice packs fall out easily in our difficult to get in.
