1.Toggle off/ forget the Bluetoothon all connected devices Take the earbuds out for 5 mins to consume some battery of both buds 2. Put the earbuds back into the case and make sure both earbuds blink Red 3.Press and hold the buttons on both earbuds for 8 seconds until the LED indicators flash red and white 3 times 4.Take the earbuds out. Try to connect with the designated device

1.Take the ear tips off the earbuds 2.Use a cotton swab slightly to clean the protective grille and charging contacts, better dipped with alcohol. 3.Allow them to completely dry before placing in the charging case
