Great microwave heating pad, 10 out of 10 would recommend. Itโs very well made and I love that it has a cover I can wash. The price is also very affordable. Would definitely buy again

Two minutes in the microwave and you'll have a stoking hot soothing pad to ease those sore muscles. Make sure its not folded over when heating in the microwave to avoid hot spots. You'll prolly have to shield it from your bare skin with a sheet and the warmth should last quite awhile.
