Well written and easy to understand. Seems to go from super easy to difficult pretty quickly though (just me?). Starts with the easy tricks like making a pen disappear (chuck it behind your mark's head), to digital dexterity tricks manipulating coins, then ends with quite complex card tricks. Good starter guide for anyone with an interest in any sort of performance magic.

This is a very good book, I've been a fan of Pauls since I was little and I saw his tv specials. The book gives you many tricks and sleights to perform, graduating in difficulty as the book goes on. There is detailed pictures as well to give you a visual representation of the text and make it more comprehensible. I also really like Paul has put in suggestions for talk and patter which you don't get in many magic books, but this gives, especially beginner magicians, a full rounded act to perform and get started with rather than struggling to think what to say. The book is a pocket sized so you can carry it out and about. With most magic books, this is a good book to dive in and out of when you want to learn something new, rather than try and digest it all in one go.

got this for my litle brother as he was into dynamo the magician. its a great step by step book and is full of great little card tricks. it has illustrations as well as instructions to follow and my brother mastered some of the tricks right away. its about A5 size and makes a great little sotcking filler. would recommed it for anyone who is magician mad!

Bought for my young nephew, bit complicated for him.

This book arrived promptly, well packaged and exactly as described so a good purchasing experience. The book itself is very much a budget paperback with thin cover and pages printed on low quality paper, but having skimmed through the contents it is well written by Paul Zenon who as a professional magician knows what he is talking about. A book for the enthusiast, but well worth the purchase price.

This was an interesting read, as you can probably gather, there are lots of tricks with coins, cards annd misc. other props. Offers a great set of basic magic skills and it is well written and illustrated. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interesting in learning some basic illusions and their workings.

Love this book. It's easy to follow and yet the few tricks I've tried out have really impressed my friends and family. Worth the buy, adn can't wait to get stuck in with more tricks.

Libro ricco di validi effetti, per la maggior parte impromptu quindi senza grandi preparazioni, che spaziano dalla cartomagia, alla magia mentale, alla magia con oggetti comuni. Consiglio vivamente questo testo sia ai principianti, che agli utenti intermedi.

Nice quality, very informative, takes practice

Volumetto semplice e facile da leggere, qualche effetto e' degno di nota, molti sono semplici effetti adatti per principianti.E' molto vario, non solo carte, ma di tutto un po'.
