Does it come with a free one year subscription?

Yes. The comment about it being 15-20 short in yardage compared to the "real world" is the same I'm experiencing. I compensate that by adding altitude. But besides that, this is a fantanstic tool as the spins and the shot shapes seem accurate and the camera views are fantastic.

Does the simulator allow multiple players to play at same time?

Currently, the Rapsodo simulated courses do not offer multiplayer but our integration partners, E6 and Awesome Golf, both have multiplayer options. You get 5 free courses with E6 for iOS users as well! Awesome Golf also offers an 14 day free trial. Our team has been listening to the feedback from users and are working on a lot of great enhancements/new features so stay tuned!

Any over heating issues in the Sun?

like other consumer devices, better not to expose the device under sunlight direct. I use umbrella to cover it when playing outdoor under sun shine and see some pros also doing this for their hi tech launch monitor devices.

How does it project to the screen that you hit into?

You can either cast it through AirPlay or connect via HDMI cable to the projector. You will use an adapter (HDMI to USB-C or Lightning Cable) and connect it to the device you are using. It will then project the display from your phone or tablet onto the screen.
