What are the exact measurements of this lamp? For the height, the description mentions both 23cm and 28cm.

I've just measured mine and it is 28cm. I have been very pleased with it.

Can you use low wattage led bulbs? since the description says you need a 40w bulb which would not be an led?

The lamp required small screw in fitting 40w bulb, the ones i am using are not led, the only lamps I have that use an led bulb have a completely different kind of fitting. Ideally you should use a special dimmer bulb. when trying to use the lamp on dim, it flickers and I assume this is because the bulb we are using is not a dimmer. works fine on the other two settings.

is the base antique brass as the description says colour silver

Mine was antique brass and is very nice. It did say both antique brass and silver in the description of the one I bought.

Can you use... lepro e14 smart bulb, dimmable alexa light bulb e14

I don’t know about light bulb but the lamp has a dimmer on it
