I see no reason you couldn't. The noodles were very tasty and they held well in my raman. The only problem the package was not packed well and the noodle were broken.

ANOTHER WAY TO TELL IF THE NOODLE HAS EGGS Look at the ingredients label. This product has 12g protein/2oz. Chow Mein noodles without egg will have a protein content of about 2 or 3 max g of protein per 2 oz.
