The quality was EXTREMELY good for the price. The felt is relatively thick and dense with a decent non-skid texture on the bottom that works pretty well on a painted desktop. It came rolled with the anti-skid texture facing inward, so the mat initially domes up. It mostly flattens out with my keyboard on top, but the sides still dome up slightly. It's not bad, and I suspect it'll flatten out over time (maybe with a quick steam).Admittedly, I took a blade to the branded pleather plaque so I would have a completely smooth, non-distracting surface.Would highly recommend to others.

I have a small desk and no room for a mousepad; therefore, I looked for the full desktop type of pad. I found this one, a really nice design, and a nice size, too, and I had to get one of these. I was not disappointed; this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to use. I like how I can unroll this one, and it lays flat. I just put my keyboard on it, and then my mouse has plenty of room for use on the right side too. Secondly, it works great. I like how my laser mouse tracks to the surface, and it does so smoothly too. The surface also feels good when leaning a wrist where there is no wrist fatigue either. Lastly, I like the backing on this one, so when I place it down on the desk, it does not move around at all, even when running the mouse over it too. No cons, it really worked out great for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

Come on...we know why you're here. You believe products like the competition (cough, G****made) are overpriced and you feel you can dig through the trenches of amazon to find a similar product. You won't because they really are quality on another level, but this...this is pretty close and just the right about you want to spend for it!Product looks great, adds the charm, modern aesthetic you're looking for, and for under $20, you really can't beat it! My only...only issue with it is that it does tend to move a bit more than I'd like. That said, I knew (and you'll now know going into it) that it can easily be weighed down or even double taped to keep it from shifting. I'd happily buy another one or give as a gift at your next white elephant party and win friends and influence people.

This was quite inexpensive for what it is, and seems nicely made. Lays flat, material seems nice, and no odor. I am using it to keep small round parts from rolling off the table, and it seems to work great for that.

As others have noted, there's a prickly feeling on this mat. That isn't long though, after a day or two I no longer felt the prickly feeling. Overall, this mat in terms of quality for the price is beautiful and practical. It's my favorite mat and I own 3 different types. Aluminum, Cloth, and ultimately this Felt desk pad. This one is my favorite, I went ahead and put the others in storage. Won't be needing them anymore, lol... Buy it, but only if you can handle the prickles for a day or two before it stops. If not, look elsewhere.

I would not recommend these for Gaming, that being said for an office they are great. I have noticed my wrist not being fatigued as much since they have a bit more of a padding from the felt. I like the fact that It feels soft to the touch, and that I can feel comfortable putting my devices on it without them being scratched or damaged. I though I would try these for gaming but they aren't that great for using as a gaming mouse pad. They tend to not be as accurate and have more friction, so I would say if you want one for your setup I would put a smaller normal or glass mouse pad on top of it.

I've had this product for about a month now and it has held up very well. I definitely still experience some issues with the product not flattening well. It still does not lay 100% flat, so keep that in mind, however, the product is still great quality. It does not feel cheap and it does not slide easily on my current desk.

I use this felt pad at work. It is a lot more comfortable than the laminate desktop I have. It feels more like a scratchy sweater "softness" compared to a microfiber or a soft wool sweater. I usually wear long sleeves when using this desk setup regardless, but I have found that the dryness and rougher-than-soft texture do end up irritating my wrists and forearms if I'm not conscious of my posture. If I brought my keyboard closer, it wouldn't be a problem, but I don't care all that much.I can fit my Logitech MX keyboard and MX Master 3S mouse on the mousepad with plenty of room on either side for a small notepad or, more often, my phone.I also eat at my desk often and smaller bread crumbs don't just brush off easily. I spend a few seconds brushing crumbs and debris from the felt about once a week. (seriously not a huge issue, just a note). I've never spilt any liquids because I don't want to figure out how to wash it.I pull maybe one or two pills of felt off a week and I use it fulltime (40hrs/week).I'd strongly consider getting another one.
