Can I use api stress coat with atm colony?

Yes, I have done so for over 12 months without any problems. Very good product that works well for me. Found a few that claimed they cycle tanks, but this one actually works

I’m using atm colony freshwater in a 90 gallon tank with goldfish . i’m on day 3 . do i need to add more colony on day 5 after water change?

I would add a dose when you change water as the bacteria might not yet have settled in the filter and on the gravel enough.

How good is this? do I need to add just to the tank or specifically to the filter?

It worked really well for me after months of trying to find a liquid that kick starts the cycle. Just add to the tank itself
