These are expensive, but i have them on subscription because I literally drink one every single day. I cant find anything better that is cheaper. I love that these are electrolytes that are actually made of real food. The ingredients are great, & aren't full of different chloride combos, like the others I've tried. They aren't salty & these dissolve easily. I can tell a difference at the end of the day when I have skipped one. I swell up without them!

So far, I have tried the strawberry kiwi and the blood orange and they are delicious! I am looking forward to trying the other 2 flavors. I love that they are plant-based with no added sugar, with a coconut water base. They are low carb, 20-25 calories per serving, and not an overwhelming amount of sodium, so that salt taste is not there. They also mix very well. I use them in 16 ounces of water. These will be my go to electrolyte hydration from now on.

So far, I’ve tried two flavors and both were good. Very easy to dissolve in water. I like the individual packets. The tastes were a little strong for me with 8 oz of water, but I added more water and enjoyed the flavors. Not too sweet! I cannot say if they made me feel better, but they certainly didn’t harm me. I would recommend!

These tasted ok. I was not really a fan of the watermelon flavor, because it tasted artificial. Drinking this gave me headaches. I did not notice much change with my energy level or with hydration. That being said, I can't really say that it was effective or worth the money.
